Do you need support, but can’t make it to an in-person appointment? Are you a busy stay-at-home or working parent, and don’t have the time to drive across town for an appointment? Do you live in a more rural area, or maybe you prefer to just do things virtually?

If so, I can help you through virtual therapy, or telehealth.

Telehealth provides therapy to clients via live, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing, by way of the Psychology Today™ platform.  Sessions can be done anywhere a client has a computer or smartphone, a reliable internet connection, and assured privacy.

Telehealth sessions provide a convenient, time-efficient, and flexible alternative for clients that are on-the-go, are time or transportation challenged, are subject to inclement weather conditions, ill, or simply seek the comfort and convenience of attending their therapy session from home.  In the ever-evolving telemedicine industry, virtual therapy provides the same level of care, support, and insight a client would receive with an in-person session.  A quiet and private space is mandatory in an effort to maximize a client's session, while minimizing the environmental distractions that can be present when a teletherapy session is in process.  To learn more and get started with virtual therapy, please feel free to contact me.  Telehealth sessions are available upon request for clients that are able to meet the aforementioned requirements.
