Your Path to Healing Begins Here

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here...

We all embark on the journey of life at relatively similar starting points. We travel down the road before us, trying to carve out a path that will lead us to the kind of life that will bring us joy and personal fulfillment. However, there are times when that path leads us off the course of happiness and contentedness, and into the strange, painful, and unexpected.

Whether you're stuck in the woods of anxiety, depression, or trauma, it is possible to climb out and get back on track. I know it feels daunting now, but perhaps that's why you're here.

At Tunnel Light Therapy, I will actively work with you to develop the strategies you need to get back on the path that leads to greater mental health and wholeness. Together, we will work to address the issues you are facing so that you can climb out of those woods, confident and ready to take on a new direction in life. We will determine and analyze the struggles you face, their underlying causes, and work together to change the behaviors and thought patterns that no longer serve you.

Providing online and in-person therapy to clients in most life stages (teenagers 18+/adults/couples), along with flexible daytime and evening hours, I am committed to serving as a support and a resource to you throughout the entirety of your care--and beyond. With an empirically researched and supported scope of specialties (trauma, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, personality and mood disorders) and treatment modalities (EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Brainspotting), I am able to effectively address your specific needs.

I invite you to reach out today so that we can begin the work necessary to get you back on course, toward the life you deserve.  I look forward to hearing from you soon!                                                                                                                                                                  ----Heidi

There is a light at the end of every tunnel. Some tunnels just happen to be longer than others.
