• Free, 20-minute Consultation for all New Clients
• Free, 15-minute Status Update/Consultation Phone Call
• $135 per 50-minute Session (Individual)
• $190 per 80-minute Session (Individual)
• $180 per 50-minute Session (Couples)
• $265 per 80-minute Session (Couples)

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept checks and all major credit cards, as well as FSA and HSA cards as forms of payment, due at the time of service.  I do not bill insurance; however, I can provide you with a superbill (upon request) that will be automatically emailed to you on the 1st of every month (reflecting services rendered the previous month) which can be submitted to your insurance carrier for reimbursement of services rendered.

Returned or insufficient payments are subject to a $50 surcharge.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Please remember to cancel or reschedule before the 24 hour window of your reserved appointment time.  You will be responsible for the entire session fee if the cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance of your reserved appointment time and/or you do not show for your reserved appointment time.  This is necessary because a time commitment is made for you and held exclusively for you. Requests to change a previously reserved appointment date and time need to be discussed directly with me in order for a new date and time to be rescheduled.
