Located in downtown Castle Rock and serving the greater Douglas County area, I provide online and in-person therapy, to clients in most life stages (teenagers 18+/adults/couples) and specialize in: trauma, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, personality and mood disorders, while utilizing treatment modalities such as: EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Brainspotting. Now, more than ever, the connections we form with each other can provide a lasting and impactful source of support to weather the winds of change and discomfort that are inevitable. 

My mission is quite simple: I wish to “meet” my clients wherever they are on their mental health journey and to provide them with the very best, scientifically-based, empirically-supported care in the safest and most welcoming environment possible.  Plain and simple.
